Product Update: Blind Boxes Launches on Ethereum Mainnet

We are delighted to announce that the Blind Boxes platform integration with Ethereum will launch on the mainnet next week. This reinforces our pledge of building a robust decentralized ecosystem that empowers Creators and scales commerce to a global level.

Blind Boxes had initially launched on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) in line with our calibrated approach, to enable users to benefit from the low gas fees and faster transaction throughput on the blockchain.

Creators and Collectors

This latest update with the Ethereum Mainnet launch enables Blind Boxes to be interoperable between the two blockchains and unlocks the ability for an entire new cohort of creators and collectors to interact with the Blind Boxes Marketplace.

Collectors will soon have access to a wider selection of NFTs that they can purchase from some of the hottest creative talent across the globe.

Creators now have the ability to mint non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the ERC-721 standard, thus opening up an entire new segment of digital asset collectors to sell to, given the dominance and the network effects of the Ethereum protocol in the NFT metaverse.
